Qualifies the lead before you call
Spark calls, texts, asks the first questions, captures intent, and separates real prospects from people who are not ready yet.

You’re #4 — $900 behind Dana. Chase leads his duel by $2.3K with 4h left.
You should not be stuck chasing no-shows, typing call notes, texting stale leads, remembering callbacks, sorting spreadsheets, or guessing who to call next.
Spark keeps every lead moving from first contact to appointment, live transfer, follow-up, underwriting, and commission tracking — so your team stays focused on closing deals.
Spark calls, texts, asks the first questions, captures intent, and separates real prospects from people who are not ready yet.
Interested prospects get scheduled with reminders, context, lead source details, and the next step already attached.
When a lead is ready, Spark transfers the call with their details, conversation summary, and next steps.
Wants affordable final expense coverage for herself and her husband, with no medical exam. Ready to discuss monthly costs.
Missed calls, stale leads, quote follow-ups, spouse objections, callbacks, and no-shows all get handled through built-in text message sequences.
Call notes, summaries, transcripts, dispositions, objections, next steps, and tasks stay attached to the lead without you cleaning up the CRM after every conversation.
Spark looks at lead status, conversation history, call activity, appointment outcome, source, and pipeline stage to recommend the next best action.
Live call intelligence and AI underwriting context help you understand what happened, what matters, and what needs to happen next.
See which lead sources turn into appointments, transfers, premium, commissions, and real production — not just raw lead volume.
Multi-line dialing, spam protection, automated follow-up, and built-in sequences help you work more opportunities without burning through leads blindly.
If you run an agency, Spark also gives you downline visibility, org chart analytics, real-time leaderboards, dashboard reporting, and a live dial room showing who is active, who is on the phone, and where the sales floor needs attention.
One sales system
Spark runs the life insurance sales floor — from lead to call, call to follow-up, follow-up to policy, policy to commission, and recruit to producing agent. It's not one AI caller sitting next to a CRM. It's the sales layer that helps life insurance agents automate their work.
Call more leads in less time with built-in multi-line dialing, lead context, notes, recordings, and transcripts attached to every conversation.
Protect connection rates with number rotation and calling safeguards built to reduce spam labeling and keep producers live on the phone.
On the Pro Plan, every producer gets an AI assistant that remembers calls, tracks next steps, surfaces reminders, and helps them stay locked into the right daily actions.
Use AI voice to engage leads, qualify interest, handle simple conversations, and route ready prospects to a licensed producer. Included in the Pro Plan.
Help agents move faster through field underwriting with guided questions, case context, and decision support before an application is submitted.
Automate follow-up for new leads, no-shows, missed calls, quote follow-up, applications, old leads, and referrals across SMS and email.
Quote final expense, term, and IUL with live carrier pricing, then present good, better, and best options in a client view that hides your commission. See how quoting works
Everything Spark does for you and your clients, from the first text to the annual review: lead follow-up, reminders, policy confirmations, payment reminders, and referral check-ins. Every piece has its own switch. Included in the Pro Plan. See the Playbook

Browse lead types →Most "managed leads" services spin up a brand-new ad account for each agent — same creative, same audience — so you all end up bidding against each other while every account grinds through its own learning phase.
We pool every agent's ad spend, and each pool runs its own Meta campaigns for one lead type. No two agents compete for the same lead, and leads are distributed round-robin by your share of the pool, only in the states you're licensed in. What you put in is what you get out.
Most "managed leads" services charge a $2,000+ setup fee plus a monthly retainer before you see a single lead. Spark charges no setup fee and no agency retainer, and there's no long-term contract. You commit one week at a time, and you can cancel anytime.

Compares a contact-and-pipeline CRM, that CRM with a dialer, and Spark Life. Extra AI, messaging, and reporting tools are not part of the first two setups. Individual providers may bundle more features. Spark capabilities depend on your plan, configuration, and connected tools.
Trust / FAQ
No. Spark includes a CRM, but it is built to do more than store leads.
Spark helps you work the lead: calls, texts, appointment setting, live transfers, follow-up, call notes, next best action, commission tracking, lead source ROI, and agency visibility in one system built for life insurance sales.
The Starter Plan ($59/mo) is the power dialer on its own: the dialer, your contacts and lists, and 1,000 dialing minutes a month. It's billed the day you join, with no free trial.
The Basic Plan ($199/mo) adds the sales CRM, texting, drip campaigns, and live AI coaching, with 1,000 dialing minutes and 500 SMS segments a month. A picture message (MMS) counts as 4 text messages (4 SMS segments).
The Pro Plan ($399/mo) is everything in Basic plus unlimited dialing, the Spark AI Agent, the Master Life Insurance Playbook, and SSN and banking requests on the call, with 2,000 SMS segments a month. Growth is Pro plus the Meta lead pools. Basic and Pro can reserve a seat, and adding Growth from Basic moves you up to Pro automatically.
See every feature side by side on the pricing page.
Yes. The Basic and Pro Plans start with a 14-day free trial, so you can work leads in Spark Life before you commit. The Starter Plan has no free trial; it's billed the day you join.
Trials come with 1,000 AI credits, plus 200 dialing minutes and 100 SMS segments on Basic or 400 minutes and 200 SMS segments on Pro. Your full included usage, and unlimited dialing and 10,000 AI credits on the Pro Plan, start once your plan is paid.
You'll add a payment method when you sign up, and you won't be charged for your plan until the trial ends — so you can cancel anytime before then and pay nothing for the plan.
Spark Life is built for life insurance agents, agency owners, and teams selling products like final expense, mortgage protection, IUL, term, whole life, and similar lead-driven products.
It helps individual producers work more leads without losing track, while giving agency owners better visibility into activity, appointments, commissions, source ROI, and downline performance.
Yes. Spark can help call, text, qualify, follow up, recover no-shows, remind prospects, re-engage stale leads, and route ready prospects back to you.
The goal is simple: you spend less time chasing every lead manually and more time taking the conversations that can turn into policies.
Yes. Spark can ask the first questions, collect key details, identify intent, separate ready prospects from noise, and help book appointments with reminders.
Each appointment stays connected to the lead record, source, conversation history, notes, and next step.
Yes. When a prospect is ready to talk now, Spark can help create a live transfer and prepare you before the call hits your phone.
Spark can show a live transfer card with who the lead is, what they said, where they came from, why they are interested, and what is happening with the handoff so you are not taking the call blind.
Yes. Spark can include built-in SMS and email campaigns for common life insurance follow-up moments.
That includes new lead follow-up, appointment reminders, no-show recovery, missed calls, quote follow-up, stale lead reactivation, birthday messages, holiday follow-ups, and long-term nurture.
You can use the campaigns as built, edit them yourself, or have your Spark agent help refine them around your voice and process.
Yes. Spark includes a dialer experience built around working leads from the same place you manage them.
The dialer can support faster outbound activity, call logging, notes, dispositions, recordings, and next steps tied back to the lead record. Spark’s dialer direction also includes multi-line dialing, two-way and three-way calling, spam protection, and number rotation.
Yes. Spark can support AI underwriting context during the sales process.
That means Spark can help collect and organize important details from the conversation — like health context, coverage goals, budget, product interest, and eligibility factors — so you have better context while speaking with the prospect.
The licensed producer still stays in control of the recommendation and sale.
Yes — two ways, both built right into Spark.
Lead Marketplace (Basic and Pro Plans). Buy on demand from Spark-partnered lead vendors at discounted, member-only pricing — pick your lead type, category (volume, high-intent, or aged), and the exact volume you want. Those leads flow directly into Spark, so you work them from the CRM, dialer, AI assistant, campaigns, and source-ROI tracking instead of buying in one place and managing them somewhere else. Marketplace pricing is separate from the Meta lead pools.
Meta Lead Pool Subscription (Growth, a Pro Plan add-on). Join a pool for each lead type you want; each pool runs its own Meta campaigns. Set a daily budget for each pool, select your licensed states, and pay for the week before the cutoff. Exclusive, text-verified leads start on the date you lock in and drip straight into your account.
What makes it different: every agent's ad spend is pooled into each pool's own Meta campaigns, so there's no learning phase to sit through, and leads are distributed round-robin by your share of the pool within your licensed states, so agents don't compete. There's no setup fee and no agency retainer. You'll see each pool's current estimated cost per lead in Spark before you join, and you commit one week at a time. When you pay for a week, that spend goes straight into the pool's campaigns, so it's locked in. It can't be changed or moved to another pool. Budget changes apply from your next week.
For now, Growth is available by reserved seat. It's an add-on for the Pro Plan. Seats are limited, and they open in batches as pools ramp up. Start on Basic or Pro, then reserve your seat free from the Lead Pool page in your Spark workspace. You just need an active Basic or Pro Plan to stay on the list. The Starter Plan and the free Training Plan don't count. If you cancel or pause your plan, you'll lose your spot and need to reserve again. Right now the wait is typically 21–30 days. If you're accepted, we'll text you, and you'll see it in your Spark workspace. Then add Growth in the app and join your pools. On Basic, adding Growth moves you up to Pro automatically. See the Meta Lead Pool FAQ for the full breakdown.
Yes. You can bring leads from the sources you already use.
Spark is designed to help you work new leads, aged leads, purchased leads, imported lists, referrals, and other lead sources while tracking what happens after the lead enters the system.
Yes. Spark can help connect lead source to activity and production.
You can track which sources turn into calls, appointments, live transfers, applications, premium, commissions, and real production — not just how many raw leads came in.
Spark can also help track written business, pending commissions, paid commissions, owed commissions, and production tied to leads, agents, and sources.
Spark can give agency owners a clearer view of what is happening across the organization.
That can include organization charts, downline dashboards, individual agent analytics, real-time leaderboards, dial room activity, call and appointment activity, source ROI, commission visibility, and team performance reporting.
