Yes. Both the Starter and Pro Plans start with a 14-day free trial, so you can work leads in the platform before you commit. The trial includes the full AI agent on either plan. You'll add a payment method when you sign up, and you won't be charged until the trial ends — so you can cancel anytime before then and pay nothing.

The Training Plan is $0 forever and includes one thing: the full AI Training Simulator. Run unlimited AI-simulated sales calls — pick your difficulty, lead type, and product — practice demo carrier eApps start to finish, upload your own scripts, and get every call recorded, transcribed, and graded.

The rest of the platform stays off — no CRM, dialer, campaigns, or AI agent until you upgrade. You'll add a card at signup, but it only funds the AI credits that power your simulated prospects (rates in the usage table above) — there's no subscription charge. You can also submit your A2P registration while you train (the one-time $25 registration), so business texting is approved and ready the moment you upgrade to Starter or Pro.

On the Starter Plan, your AI agent is shut down when your 14-day trial ends. Anything it has been set up to run stops with it — follow-ups, campaigns it was driving, and work you may not see listed anywhere.

Nothing is deleted. Your data, knowledge files, and conversation history are all kept, and everything starts right back up if you upgrade to the Pro Plan.

No. There's no setup fee on any plan, and the managed Meta lead generation in Growth has no setup fee either.

Bi-weekly is a payment cadence, not a separate plan. Instead of one payment a month, you're billed every two weeks — 26 smaller payments a year. Bi-weekly pricing runs 15% higher than the monthly rate spread across those payments: $106 per payment for Starter, $212 for Pro, and $531 for Growth.

If Growth is open, you pay $999/mo when you sign up. If seats are full, you start on the Starter or Pro Plan and pay for Growth only when your seat opens and you activate — pro-rated from your activation date. Starting Starter or Pro never automatically charges you for Growth.
