Your subscription covers the entire Spark Life platform — messaging, voice, and phone numbers are billed separately at the per-use rates above. You fund an SMS & Phone wallet and we deduct usage from it as you go, and any balance you don't use rolls over every month. SMS is billed per segment and voice per minute. A2P registration is a carrier requirement for business texting — a one-time $20 fee while you're on the free trial and free once you're a paying customer.

What's the difference between Basic and Growth?
The Basic Plan is the complete platform — the CRM, multi-line dialer, AI sales agent, AI voice, automated SMS and email follow-up, live transfers, leaderboards, downline visibility, commission tracking, and the in-app Lead Marketplace. Bring your own leads or buy them on demand, and work everything from one hub.
The Growth Plan is everything in Basic plus Spark's managed Meta lead generation — we build and run the ad campaigns for you, and fresh, exclusive leads drip straight into your account in real time. Same platform, with the lead engine switched on.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. The Basic Plan starts with a 14-day free trial, so you can work leads in the platform before you commit. You'll add a payment method when you sign up, and you won't be charged until the trial ends — so you can cancel anytime before then and pay nothing.
Is there a setup fee?
No. There's no setup fee on either plan, and the managed Meta lead generation in Growth has no setup fee either.
How does bi-weekly billing work?
Bi-weekly is a payment cadence, not a separate plan. Instead of one payment a month, you're billed every two weeks — 26 smaller payments a year. Bi-weekly pricing runs 15% higher than the monthly rate spread across those payments: $212 per payment for Basic and $531 for Growth.
Can I buy leads inside Spark?
Yes — two ways, both built right into Spark.
Lead Marketplace (both plans). Buy on demand from Spark-partnered lead vendors at discounted, member-only pricing — pick your lead type, category (volume, high-intent, or aged), and the exact volume you want. Those leads flow directly into Spark, so you work them from the CRM, dialer, AI assistant, campaigns, and source-ROI tracking instead of buying in one place and managing them somewhere else.
Managed Meta lead generation (Growth). A done-for-you managed lead service. You set a daily budget and pick the lead type you want to target; Spark builds and runs the Meta ad campaigns for you, and fresh, exclusive leads drip straight into your account in real time.
What makes it different: every agent's ad spend is pooled into one seasoned ad account and pixel and shared round-robin by your portion of the spend — so there's no competition between agents, a far shorter learning phase, and consistent cost-per-lead and quality from day one. Why are Growth seats limited?
Growth includes managed Meta lead generation, and every account we activate takes real capacity — campaign setup, budget ramp-up, lead routing, and support. So we onboard a set number of agents per day to keep lead quality and cost-per-lead steady. Seats are first come, first serve, and active Basic Plan members can reserve one from inside the app.
How do I access the Meta Lead Subscription?
Through Spark Life Growth. Start with the Basic Plan, then reserve your Growth seat from the Lead Subscription page inside your dashboard.
When do I start paying for Growth?
You only pay for the Growth Plan ($999/mo) once your Growth seat is activated — and you'll pay a pro-rated amount based on the date you're upgraded. Starting Basic does not automatically upgrade or charge you for Growth.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Spark Life is month-to-month — no long-term contract, on either plan.
