The Playbook and SSN + banking request links are on Pro. Your 14-day free trial still includes the AI agent, so you can see what it does before you choose.

The Pro Plan is the complete platform with unlimited dialing — the CRM, multi-line dialer, AI sales agent, AI voice, the Master Life Insurance Playbook, automated SMS and email follow-up, live transfers, leaderboards, downline visibility, commission tracking, and the in-app Lead Marketplace. You can also connect your own AI agents, like Claude and ChatGPT. Bring your own leads or buy them on demand, and work everything from one hub.

Growth is an add-on for the Pro Plan: everything in Pro, including unlimited dialing, plus access to the Meta lead pools. Each pool runs its own Meta campaigns for one lead type. You set a daily ad budget for each pool, paid weekly, and exclusive, text-verified leads drip straight into your account.

Yes. Both the Basic and Pro Plans start with a 14-day free trial, so you can work leads in the platform before you commit. The trial includes the full AI agent on either plan. Trials come with 1,000 AI credits, plus 200 minutes and 100 SMS segments on Basic or 400 minutes and 200 SMS segments on Pro. Your full included usage, and unlimited dialing and 10,000 AI credits on Pro, start once you're paid. You'll add a payment method when you sign up, and you won't be charged for the plan until the trial ends — so you can cancel anytime before then and pay nothing for the plan. Phone & SMS wallet charges, like A2P registration and usage past the trial amounts, still apply during the trial. The Starter Plan has no free trial; it's billed the day you join. Growth doesn't include a free trial either.

The Training Plan is $0 forever and includes one thing: the full AI Training Simulator. Run unlimited AI-simulated sales calls — pick your difficulty, lead type, and product — practice demo carrier eApps start to finish, upload your own scripts, and get every call recorded, transcribed, and graded.

The rest of the platform stays off — no CRM, dialer, campaigns, or AI agent until you upgrade. You'll add a card at signup, but it only funds the AI credits that power your simulated prospects ($0.01 a credit, in packs from $20) — there's no subscription charge. You can also submit your A2P registration while you train, so business texting is approved and ready the moment you upgrade to Basic or Pro. It's $19.95 one-time, plus the monthly carrier fee once it's approved.

On the Basic Plan, your AI agent is shut down when your 14-day trial ends. Anything it has been set up to run stops with it — follow-ups, campaigns it was driving, and work you may not see listed anywhere.

Nothing is deleted. Your data, knowledge files, and conversation history are all kept, and everything starts right back up if you upgrade to the Pro Plan.

No. There's no setup fee on any plan, and the Meta lead pools have no setup fee either. A few one-time carrier fees come from your Phone & SMS wallet: A2P registration ($19.95) if you text, and $1.15 for each phone number past your first two. Your daily ad budget for each pool is a separate charge, paid a week at a time.

Bi-weekly is a payment cadence, not a separate plan. Instead of one payment a month, you're billed every two weeks — 26 smaller payments a year. Bi-weekly pricing runs 15% higher than the monthly rate spread across those payments: $106 per payment for Basic, $212 for Pro, and $531 for Pro with Growth. The Starter Plan is billed monthly only. Bi-weekly applies to your plan only. Meta lead pool ad budgets are always paid weekly.

Lead Marketplace (Basic and Pro). Buy on demand from Spark-partnered lead vendors at discounted, member-only pricing — pick your lead type, category (volume, high-intent, or aged), and the exact volume you want. Those leads flow directly into Spark, so you work them from the CRM, dialer, AI assistant, campaigns, and source-ROI tracking instead of buying in one place and managing them somewhere else. Marketplace pricing is separate from the Meta lead pools.

Meta Lead Pool Subscription (Growth, a Pro Plan add-on). Join a pool for each lead type you want; each pool runs its own Meta campaigns. Set a daily budget for each pool, select your licensed states, and pay for the week before the cutoff. Exclusive, text-verified leads start on the date you lock in and drip straight into your account.

What makes it different: every agent's ad spend is pooled into each pool's own Meta campaigns, so there's no learning phase to sit through, and leads are distributed round-robin by your share of the pool within your licensed states, so agents don't compete. There's no setup fee and no agency retainer. You'll see each pool's current estimated cost per lead in Spark before you join, and you commit one week at a time. When you pay for a week, that spend goes straight into the pool's campaigns, so it's locked in. It can't be changed or moved to another pool. Budget changes apply from your next week.

For now, Growth is available by reserved seat, and it's an add-on for the Pro Plan. Seats are limited and open in batches as pools ramp up. Start on Basic or Pro, then reserve your seat free from the Lead Pool page in your Spark workspace. You just need an active Basic or Pro Plan to stay on the list. The Starter Plan and the free Training Plan don't count. Right now the wait is typically 21–30 days. If you're accepted, we'll text you, and you'll see it in your Spark workspace. We can only scale ad spend so far, so fast. To keep results strong and consistent, each pool ramps up gradually, so we accept a limited number of agents at a time. As pools grow and spend goes up, we can onboard more agents at once.

Adding Growth during a free trial ends the trial, and you're billed for Pro with Growth that day. You're never charged for Growth automatically. Each pool's daily ad budget is a separate charge, paid a week at a time, starting with your first week when you join.
